We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how WeAreDevelopers brings its products and commercial offerings to market.

This role sits at the intersection of positioning, go-to-market, demand generation, sales enablement, and product thinking. You’ll help sharpen how we present what we offer, to whom, and why it matters – and turn that into effective campaigns, strong sales enablement, and measurable commercial impact.

This is a role for someone who likes to think end to end. Someone who can go from audience and market insight to messaging, campaigns, landing pages, GTM structure, and execution. Someone who does not stop at ideas, but turns them into systems, assets, experiments, and outcomes.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Positioning, narrative, and messaging across our product and commercial portfolio, including how we communicate value to different audiences and buyer types
  • Go-to-market planning and execution for our products and initiatives, from audience definition and messaging through to campaign structure and launch
  • Sales enablement for Business Development, including narratives, decks, case for partnership, supporting materials, and structures that help open and close conversations faster
  • Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure market needs, product story, GTM, and execution are aligned
  • Supporting how WeAreDevelopers shows up at key industry moments and events, especially where product story, GTM, and commercial narrative come together
  • Working cross-functionally with specialists in the team, while owning the bigger picture and driving things forward end to end

Dein Profil

  • Minimum 5 years in product marketing or a closely related role, with a clear track record of impact on pipeline, revenue, or commercial growth
  • Strong product mindset. You think in terms of audience, user value, buyer journey, funnel, and conversion, not just campaigns or content
  • Experience working in a product-led company, SaaS business, tech company, platform, or similar environment where product, GTM, and commercial execution are closely linked
  • Equal comfort with strategy and execution. You can define positioning and also turn it into landing pages, content, campaigns, and better funnel mechanics.
  • Strong collaboration with sales or business development teams, with the ability to improve how marketing supports revenue
  • Ability to structure ambiguous topics, think things through from end to end, and turn complexity into clear action
  • Hands-on mentality and high ownership. You are comfortable building yourself, not just briefing others
  • Fluent with AI and automation as a core part of how you work across research, writing, analysis, and execution
  • Based in Vienna or willing to relocate. English required, German is a plus
