We’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Happiness team. In this role, you’ll focus on helping our customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring their experience with Journi is smooth and enjoyable.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Chat with our users across all our channels – including Zendesk, live chat, review platforms, and social media – to make sure they get the support they need
  • Handle and resolve user inquiries with a high level of empathy and professionalism to keep our community happy
  • Actively look for ways to improve support processes, templates, and workflows to make our operations smoother
  • Represent the voice of our customers by sharing feedback and pain points with the relevant departments
  • Bring your individual analytical or creative strengths to the table to help the team succeed

Dein Profil

  • Professional fluency in English (at least C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in any additional languages is a big plus!
  • A genuine joy for writing, backed up by excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • A service-oriented, patient, and solution-driven approach to helping others
  • A natural affinity for and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Highly organized, independent, and eager to learn and grow
  • You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating

A fair annual gross salary starting at € 36.000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
