As an Account Manager within our Peripheral Vascular business, you will act as a clinical, commercial, and strategic anchor for your region. You will drive therapy adoption and sustainable patient pathway development across complex, high?impact accounts, while serving as a trusted escalation point in sensitive or high?risk situations.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as a senior subject?matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions, shaping, stabilising, and scaling therapy adoption across strategic accounts
  • Intervene in complex, politically sensitive, or at?risk situations, removing structural barriers to adoption and restoring execution momentum
  • Translate company and regional strategy into advanced territory action plans, balancing priorities and informed trade?offs aligned with country objectives
  • Develop and articulate compelling clinical, operational, and economic value propositions, including complex business cases tailored to senior decision?makers
  • Support customers in navigating reimbursement frameworks, economic constraints, and sustainability challenges
  • Design, refine, and scale patient pathways and inter?hospital referral networks
  • Diagnose complex clinical, organisational, and commercial challenges using incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Support complex clinical activity, including proctored cases and work in high?acuity clinical environments
  • Provide leadership through influence by mentoring and coaching Associate Account Managers
  • Contribute to in?field training, onboarding, and development initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross?functional partners
  • Maintain accurate reporting, disciplined territory management, and high?quality documentation
  • Deliver senior?level training, presentations, and strategic updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Dein Profil

  • Advanced expertise in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies, acute patient pathways, and hospital workflows
  • Strong system?level understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement environments, and long?term therapy sustainability
  • Proven ability to operate independently with sound strategic judgment, accountability, and decision?making under ambiguity
  • Exceptional ability to influence senior clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders without formal authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility at senior external and internal levels
  • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching capability
  • High level of emotional maturity, resilience, and professionalism in high?pressure clinical environments
  • Strong organisational discipline across multiple complex priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
  • Minimum 6 years‘ experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development within complex hospital environments
  • Experience in advanced or acute clinical settings (e.g. endovascular, cath lab, OR, ICU, emergency care)
  • Proven success in strategic account management, therapy development, and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement
  • All required certifications and vendor credentials must be maintained
