We’re working with a growing Swiss analytics / MarTech company that has built its own digital analytics and tracking platform, helping businesses better understand user behaviour, customer journeys and campaign performance. Alongside analytics and tracking, the company is also investing heavily in AI-supported workflows and automation, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys modern digital tools and wants to grow further within analytics, product and customer-facing technology environments. They are now looking to hire a Digital Analytics Consultant to join their Vienna team.

This role combines digital analytics, customer interaction and hands-on work around tracking and reporting. You’ll work closely with customers to help them better understand and use the platform, support analytics and tracking setups, and contribute to improving workflows and reporting processes internally. It’s a strong opportunity for someone with around 1-3 years of experience in areas such as digital analytics, performance marketing, tracking, MarTech or customer journey analysis who wants to continue developing technically over time.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Support analytics and tracking setups for customer projects
  • Work with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, GTM or similar platforms
  • Create and support dashboards, reports and customer analyses
  • Help customers understand platform capabilities and analytics insights
  • Support troubleshooting and tracking-related issues
  • Work closely with internal product and technical teams
  • Contribute ideas around process improvements and analytics workflows
  • Support modern AI and automation-related initiatives internally

Dein Profil

  • Around 1-3 years of experience within Digital Analytics, Performance Marketing, Tracking, MarTech or similar areas
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or similar
  • Understanding of tracking, customer journeys, tags or analytics setups
  • Interest in technical topics and digital products
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
  • Structured, analytical and proactive mindset
  • Fluent German skills
