Aufgaben

  • Own and evolve the global SEA & Display strategy to drive scalable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of channel experts.
  • Translate data into clear insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and manage a structured testing framework across markets.
  • Identify new opportunities through market research and competitive insights.
  • Partner with Google, Microsoft & agencies to maximize value and innovation.

Profil

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in SEA/Display/Performance Marketing (E-commerce/D2C a strong plus).
  • Proven success in owning channel strategy, budgeting & performance.
  • Strong expertise in analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, Google/Microsoft Ads).
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project prioritization skills.
