Business Development Representative - Swiss market

Aufgaben

  • Owning outbound prospecting – researching, generating, and acquiring new leads across our Swiss market
  • Book high-quality meetings with potential customers, from law firms to private and public institutions, by understanding their needs and clearly positioning Pandektes‘ value
  • Find creative ways to reach new prospects and continuously test what works
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
  • Act as a feedback loop between customers, Customer Success, and Product – making sure real user insights drive platform improvements
  • Keep the pipeline accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system (HubSpot)

Profil

  • Fluent in German & English (Swiss-german a plus!)
  • Some sales experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or a background in the legal space
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Initiative and creativity when it comes to outreach and finding new ways to prospect
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset that also thrives in a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations and priorities at once
  • The ability to present solutions that genuinely resonate with legal professionals – if you don’t yet have legal knowledge, you’ll be supported by our in-house lawyers and expected to learn quickly

Nice to have:

  • Background in legal or a law degree
  • Interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus)
